Purchasing Aptori products through the Google Cloud Marketplace private offer flow is a straightforward process. Below are the steps to complete your purchase and activate your Aptori subscription.

1. Initiating the Private Offer

There are two ways to start the process:

Existing Relationship with Aptori

If you already have a relationship with Aptori, we will collect the necessary details, create a private offer, and send it to you with a custom price.

New Customer

If you’re new to Aptori and interested in our products, you can request a custom quote by selecting Contact Sales in the Google Cloud Marketplace.

2. Providing Required Information

To create a private offer, Aptori requires the following details:

  • The Aptori product(s) you are interested in purchasing.
  • Your organization's name.
  • A contact name within your organization.
  • Your email address.
  • Your Google Cloud billing account ID.
  • The contract start date.

3. Accepting the Aptori Private Offer

Once the private offer is created and published, you will receive a notification email with a unique offer URL.

Steps to Accept the Offer

  1. Click Review Offer in the email.
  2. Check the offer details carefully.
  3. Agree to the terms by selecting the checkbox.
  4. Click Accept to finalize the purchase.

4. Order Processing & Activation

After acceptance, you can track your order status on the product page under the Manage Orders section.

  • Initially, the order will be in a pending state while Aptori approves and activates your account.
  • Activation typically takes a few minutes.

5. Final Provisioning

Once activated, your order status will be updated.

  • Contact the Aptori sales representative who assisted with the private offer to finalize product licensing and provisioning.
