Aptori GitHub Action

Aptori provides a GitHub Action for running Sift in a CI/CD workflow in GitHub Actions. The output from Sift can be published to Code Scanning Results, to be viewed directly in the comments on a Pull Request and for integration with GitHub Advanced Security.
